Provincial Nominations
The provincial nominee program is for those who want to move to and settle in one of Canada’s provinces. Each Canadian province has its own Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Each province has at least one enhanced nominations immigration stream linked to the Express Entry immigration selection system.

Choose a province and apply to its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) after selecting it.
Get your application assessed based on the province's selection/criteria point system. A nomination letter will be issued if you are selected.
You can apply for permanent residency at the IRCC using the nomination letter (Immigration Citizenship Refugee Canada). The IRCC will then check the candidate's medical and character certifications, as well as any other required documentation.
To apply using Express Entry, you must first register. It will allow you to get an online ITA (Invitation to Apply) for a permanent residency visa. The Express Entry system is compatible with the Federal Express Entry system.
ToThis stream enables provinces to pick applicants from the express entry pool and inform them to apply for the specific Provincial Nominee Program. If an applicant applies and gets selected, they become eligible for the online ITA for a permanent resident visa.
Some Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) in Canada have minimal IELTS score criteria to be eligible for provincial nomination. It becomes a fantastic chance for PR Visa applicants with poor IELTS scores. Candidates for the express admission program must have at least 6 points for each band in IELTS.
However, certain PNPs would enable you to become a permanent resident of Canada with an IELTS score of fewer than 6 points per band.
